Seven Lions is an artist who just continues to impress year on year on year with his musical releases. Appearing on labels such as OWSLA, Anjunabeats and many others, his tracks which fuse bass and electronic together are just wonderful. This is why Seven Lions has become such a demanded name in the scene.

His latest piece of work has arrived as the eight track EP ‘Where I Won’t Be Found‘ and this is an EP which will blow you away. This is an EP which showcases the sound of Seven Lions at it’s very best, fusing in his Dubstep-Bass hybrid sound with the electronic vibes. It’s a magical sound to have curated, and no wonder the crowd at EDC Las Vegas were blew away when they heard much of the new material on the ‘Where I Won’t Be Found’ EP.

The first track to arrive on the EP is ‘Freesol‘ which features vocals from Skyler Stonestreet and this is the perfect way to kick off the EP. A deep flowing bass line fuses with the vocals in the breakdown and builds as the energy begins to build up. But it’s classic Seven Lions as the hard hitting bass and energy hits in the drop. Kicking in with the vocals as well, this is where the magic really flows out of the track. A masterpiece. And this sets the tone for the EP. The title track ‘Where I Won’t Be Found‘ follows on from this which features Neonheart and it again, brings that fusion of electronic and bass types. A deep bass line, soothing vocals and sweet melodies all feature.

What is so great about this EP is the journey which each track takes you upon. ‘Slow Dive‘ is a down-tempo, sketchy track which creates a huge atmosphere and this is a style which is carried on with ‘Sun Won’t Rise‘, which features Rico & Miella. ‘Rescue Me‘, which was produced alongside Unlike Pluto, brings forth the energy through the bass side of things, which both producers have made a huge name for themselves with.

And that isn’t all. The journey continues as Seven Lions showcases the track ‘Without You My Love‘, ‘Stars Of Deep Slumber‘ and ‘Silent Skies‘, the latter which almost has a hint of Drum N Bass influence included. The ‘Where I Won’t Be Found’ EP is just a wonderful production piece from Seven Lions. The artist never fails to impress.
