Secondcity is a name many will pair off with ‘I Wanna Feel’. The single arrived and the artists name became a demanded one on the scene, as more and more people looked for his music. However he returned to the underground scene, where his roots lay and has continued to churn out tunes such as ‘Paradise’.

A number of producers, back when the dance music boom was taking place, went for a mainstream radio approach, to grab the limelight before returning to where they had started out, one of these being Secondcity. Now this isn’t a bad thing, especially if it enhances your reputation and the tracks which has come from the artist have been quality all the way up to now. For his new track ‘Paradise’, he has taken it to the next level with this solid underground anthem.

The track ‘Paradise’ arrives on Clarisse Records and the support for this track has been huge. Names such as DJ Sneak, Mark Knight, Hot Since 82 and more all stand out. It takes the form of a deep Tech House anthem with riveting vocals that flow through the track, while the bass line keeps the energy flowing with an infectious groove which captures the listener. Fuse this all together and you have yourself an underground anthem ready to take on the crowds.

This brings us to the Solardo remix of ‘Paradise’ and it takes things that little bit deeper and that little bit darker, with a huge bass line which rumbles through the track and really takes it by the scruff of the neck. This tech-y vibe is one which is really addictive, like a drug which you could become easily hooked upon. The vocals have also been manipulated, changed about and sliced up to work in alongside the rest of the track, a big remix! The ‘Paradise’ EP is well worth a listen.
