Tiesto is still as prominent in dance music as you would expect from someone who has mastered the dance music scene. Changing his sound to fit with the times is something which the legend has perfected. Some may not agree and call him a traitor for leaving Trance, but others will call him a genius.

He is also behind one of the best compilation series out there. Tiesto’s Club Life radio show, as well as the Club Life compilation series, is something many fans cannot wait for. Tiesto has used this series to highlight many key cities to him, such as Stockholm, Las Vegas, New York and Miami have all been visited. Now it is the turn of ‘Club Life Volume Five‘ and it sends a highlight not just on a city, but an entire country. He has highlighted the importance of China, and how the emerging dance music scene in the country is going to be one of the biggest scenes in the world.

On a quick note before looking at the tracks on the album, it is worth noting that Tiesto producer or co-produced nearly half of the entire ‘Club Life Volume Five’ album. Yeah he’s still a boss in the studio. Kicking off the compilation album is KSHMR with his track ‘Harder’ and this is the perfect way to get in the album mood. Big energy levels, hard hitting beats, it’s the way you need to get really involved. VASSY follows on next with her single ‘Faster Than A Bullet’, and again, it’s all about the big room energy levels, hard hitting electro vibes and a deep bass.

Two producers who really feature prominently in the compilation album are John Christian and SWACQ. For those of you who don’t know, SWACQ used to produce music as Arin Tone, before moving away from this moniker and towards his latest. ‘Sumos’, ‘Guerilla’ and ‘The Impact’ all feature from the artist, while he also produced a huge collaboration with Tiesto and John Christian, ‘Brolab’. Key tracks which also must be mentioned is the huge John Christian remix of ‘C’mon’, Tiesto’s ‘Fat Beat’, and his remix of ‘Carry You Home’. It’s a an album not to miss out on, check out ‘Club Life Volume Five’.
