A diverse mix of sounds and tracks is exactly what Fedde Le Grand has brought with ‘Something Real’.
A huge period of build up and intense waiting has finally ended after three years of waiting as Fedde Le Grand releases his brand new album ‘Something Real’ and many of these hits have already received a lot of credit and support, but plenty more is expected now the full album has been released.
Having teased collaborations with the likes of Holl & Rush, Merk & Kremont and plenty of his own solo produced singles, Fedde Le Grand has kept us on a roller-coaster ride with his new album and now the time has come for the release of ‘Something Real’, and the funky nature which the producer has captured in this is just immense, a sound which is going to blow away the dance floors and the crowds that are on it.
One of the highlights of the album is his cover of the Corona’s ‘Rhythm Of The Night’, just one of the singles which we have fallen for in this fourteen track LP and that isn’t all that is on offer. The diversity which is included in this album is huge, from the Future House sounds to the all out dance floor Electro to the cool Trap like sounds which you hear in his track ‘Beauty From The Ashes’ which is a huge tune. Pairing with this is the cool vocal version of his track ‘Feel Good’ which you will find on the album as ‘Keep On Believing’, a track which we couldn’t stop playing the minute it was released as a single.
Fedde Le Grand has once again shown why he is one of the most demanded producers in the current dance music scene, with a range of sounds and huge talents under his belt, he can pretty much produce what he wants and this is what you hear in ‘Something Real’. This is the way an artist should produce, produce music which they are interested in and not produce just the one sound.
