DJ Snake drops a diverse album with ‘Encore’ and this is a masterpiece.
DJ Snake. The Frenchman has become a renowned name in the scene for his Trap, Bass and Hip-Hop sets. Not to mention the fact that he has been behind some of the biggest singles out there, a key collaborator on Major Lazer’s ‘Lean On’, as well as his own tracks such as ‘Get Low’ and ‘Turn Down For What’.
‘Encore‘ has been teased for some time now, with the first single coming as ‘Middle‘ which was a collaboration with Bipolar Sunshine and showcased a whole new direction from DJ Snake. It was cool, gained a lot of radio play and still gets a lot of support. Following on from this was the Trap anthem ‘Propaganda‘, another which was heavily supported within the scene and this was the true DJ Snake we had come to love, with the deep riveting bass lines and hard hitting electro melodies.
‘Talk‘ was another single which was released with George Maple featuring, and again, it was a little different from the usual Snake sound, but ‘Encore’ is a diverse album, one which wouldn’t have been thought of but all the same, each track sounds so good. That’s the singles talked about, well apart from ‘Ocho Cinco‘ with Yellow Claw, but it’s an anthem, a true Hardstyle piece of work and one which is set to get the crowd going whenever.
Probably the biggest track to arrive was the collaboration with Justin Bieber, arriving as ‘Let Me Love You‘ and it has that ‘Lean On’ feeling to it, and all I am going to say is that this one is set to be the next big radio hit, prepare to hear it a lot. Also featuring on ‘Encore’ is Skrillex, Moksi, Mr Hudson, Jeremih, Migos and many more. It’s a classy and quality piece of work from DJ Snake, though it was expected. This album is big.
