Amsterdam Music Festival 2016 locks in five dates across three venues and it looks to be the biggest year yet for the event.

Amsterdam Dance Event takes place around the second or third week in October every year in the city of Amsterdam where thousands of dance music enthusiasts attend to catch up on shows, create new music, attend conferences and a lot more, but bang at the end of the week, Amsterdam Music Festival takes place, and the festival is taking things to the next level this year.

Amsterdam Music Festival 2016 has revealed plans to expand over five days, shifting from the two days it usually took place on and it’s expanding in a big way, five days across three venues which are three iconic venues in the city – Heineken Music Hall, Ziggo Dome and the Amsterdam Arena.

Proceedings will kick off on October 19th at the Heineken Music Hall (sadly no line up’s have been announced yet but stay tuned to hear more on that front soon) with events set to take place across five days at this venue. On the 21st, an event will be held in the Ziggo Dome, and on the 22nd, an event will be held in both the Ziggo Dome and the Amsterdam Arena. This is then followed the next day by events in the Heineken Music Hall and the Amsterdam Arena on the 23rd.

It’s all go for Amsterdam Music Festival 2016, as they look to follow on from a huge line up which they announced last year, which included all the big names such as Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Armin Van Buuren, Hardwell, Tiesto, Martin Garrix and many others. I can’t wait to see what this year’s is like…
